Areas of responsibility:
- Performs needed repairs to shop inventory and generates repair notes accordingly.
- Responsible for select facility maintenance tasks resulting in an environment which is clean and safe.
- Assist with organizing vehicle inventory between shop, showroom, and storage spaces resulting in an orderly environment.

A typical day in this role might include tasks like the following examples:
- Remove & clean the carburetors on a vintage Honda motorcycle.
- Diagnose & repair faulty charging system components on a 6-volt system.
- Rebuild the suspension forks on a Ducati Super Sport.
- Sort and rearrange the electrical components section of the parts room.
- Fix a brake fluid leak on a classic Mercedes.

Physical Demands:
- Use of hand & power tools, ability to move motorcycles and their components safely, ability to lift & carry up to 50lbs somewhat regularly.
- The work environment has occasional exposure to loud vehicles/noises, as well as chemicals, solvents, dust.
- Select portions of the facility are accessed via stairs.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements:
To qualify, you should be really good at:
- Loving dogs and pizza as both are at the shop somewhat often.
- Automotive/motorcycle diagnosis & repair.
- Operating hand & power tools to systematically recondition vehicles and their components.
- Managing your time efficiently and being humble with your limitations.

It would be sweet (but not necessary) if you also have:
- Trophies in bowling or kayaking as we occasionally enjoy these for team outings.
- Formal training/experience in motorcycle or automotive repair.
- A motorcycle license/riding experience.

- Hourly, $20.00-$25.00/hr, - based on education & experience.

- Time-and-a-half overtime pay after 40hrs (optional).

Logistics:
- Full Time 40-45 hours (4-5 days) weekly.
- This role is on-site, so you’ll need to commute to our facility.
- You will report directly to the shop owner.
